Because it portrays a lot of my thoughts about life, my favorite movie is:
American Beauty

Midnight Express. Insanity, regression, bisexuality, and crazy-ass violence. All I could want in a movie.
And also the perverted part where the guy is like "ungh, ungh!" and the woman puts her boob up to the glass. "Oh, Billy!"
*cracks up*

But only one has touched me as deep as American Beauty. That movie just made me see life in a totally different way.

I love a lot of movies, so I can't say that I have one in particular that really gets me to say that it is my favorite... I tend to like older movies because movies of this age are less inspired to express the full spectrum of emotions of humanity. I like Midnight Express in that it really showed the vulnerability of life and the sadness AND hilarity of going insane. Then of course, it had a really good ending....and good endings are the clutch

If I had made a list of all of the movies that I loved, I would be on here for hours typing up the names of movies... So, I will tell you one at a time, lol. Apocalypse Now! That is an awesome movie. Based in Vietnam it shows you the changes that a group of American soldiers go through, while patrolling a river with a war loving Martin Sheen in command. It is full of drama, action, and is a kind of psychological thriller- showing all of the mental changes that they all go through...
