Yeah. In fact, nab me for, not only Flogging Molly, but also Levellers, Filaments and Dropkicks. I also have some One Minute Silence, a song by The Ruts, a song by The d*mned, a couple of songs from Titan AE, a couple of rude comedy songs, a couple of Ska tunes, lots of Bruce Falcouner DBZ, a YYH tune plus some other random songs that are just lying about.

Did you people know that the violinist from Flogging Molly is a girl....d*mn, she's a pretty d*mn good violinist...
And...Queen Anne's Revenge rules...
I've got many songs from the Dropkick Murphy's, but not too much from the Levellers. And I still need to get some from the Filaments...

Ok, for those who are lazy to not go to the site I suggested and want to know more from them...here's a pic and the band line-up: Your Flogging Molly is.... Dave King Vocals, Acoustic Guitar Bridget Regan Violin, Tin Whistle Dennis Casey Electric Guitar Matt Hensley Accordian Nathen Maxwell Bass Bob Schmidt Mandolin, Banjo George Schwindt Drums And a review of their first album by the creator of rebelsarewe.com. Alive Behind the Green Door This is a raw, live album. All done at Molly Malone's in Hollywood, CA. It was their first release. I love this CD, it has five songs that appear on later albums, and five songs that can be found nowhere else. And those five are worth the purchase itself. Some are covers, some are original, all are 100% dominated by Flogging Molly style. These guys are alot more rough and wild on this recording, and there is no accordian. The songs are still heavy hitters though, especially "Laura", "Delilah", and the live "Black Friday Rule". If you see them live, you'll want to know "Delilah"... even though now they play it with the pseudo-latin sounding trumpet bridge which I WISH I could get a recording of. Seeing "Delilah" live twice was a high point of the concerts. This album is extremely hard to find. I suggest getting it off of Interpunk. If you are reading this site, you NEED this album. Track Listing: Swagger Every Dog Has His Day Selfish Man Never Met a Girl Like You Before Laura If I Ever Leave This World Alive Black Friday Rule What Made Milwaukee Famous... Between a Man and a Woman Delilah

Swagger
The first studio album, Swagger is a phenomenal work in it's own respect. It doesn't have the same tone as Drunken Lullabies, but it is none the weaker for it. There is one thing this album has that no other album, from any band (including Flogging Molly) could ever replace - and that thing is a song we call "Black Friday Rule". This is quite possibly the ultimate song. Not because of what it is on the album, but what it turn's into on stage. I've personally seen it live three times, and each time was like a high point in my life.
Of course, there are other songs on this album, such as "The Likes of You Again", which is constantly in a struggle between "The Rare Ould Times" for my favorite Flogging Molly song. It's so great, it's hard to describe.
Swagger is a different mix of song styles than Drunken Lullabies, but it is it's equal in quality. A bit harder to locate in music stores, this is an essential part of the Flogging Molly experience.
Track Listing: Salty Dog Selfish Man The Worst Day Since Yesterday Every Dog Has His Day Life in a Tenement Square The Ol' Beggars Bush The Likes of You Again Black Friday Rule Grace of God Go I Devil's Dance Floor These Exiled Years Sentimental Johnny Far Away Boys

Ok, now, here's the story of the lead singer from Flogging Molly, Dave King...I think it's kinda interesting: Dave was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. He has a true love of his homeland. In a round-about way, that is how Flogging Molly came to be. When Dave was only 18 he fronted the semi-legendary heavy metal band Fastway. This was the band of Fast Eddie Clarke, the original guitar player of punk-metal fathers Motorhead. Fastway took Dave all over the world and the world took notice. He is on various best vocalist lists and has always been known as a great singer. It was back with Fastway that I became his biggest fan, and I've heard nobody since who can change my mind! Fastway released six cd's with Dave King on vocals. For those interested, they are (1.) Fastway, (2.) All Fired Up, (3.) Waiting For The Roar, (4.) Trick Or Treat, (5.) LIVE, Say What You Will, (6.) The Collection. After Fastway he moved to America in 1990 and started Katmandu with Mandy Meyer of Krokus and Asia fame, but things went sour within the band and record label. They all decided they were going in different musical directions and split in 1992, but not before putting out one exellent cd ( Katmandu-self-titled) . ( For more on the Fastway and Katmandu era, see the links section. ) After all this time Dave really started to miss Ireland. He decided his heart was in another place and soon started the Dave King Band, later to be known as Flogging Molly. ( Everybody seems to have a big hang-up with that name! ) Dave decided to mix the music he grew up on with contemporary sounds. It struck a chord. He told me he was no longer trying to impress anyone, and that is when people noticed, and Flogging Molly began to take off. He didn't care what the mainstream thought, this was the music to make him happy. He also explained that Flogging Molly was his life story put to song. Dave has always had critical acclaim. I am just glad America is finally paying some respect. source: community-2.webtv.net/A540/UnOfficialFLOGGING/page5.html
