You...
Yes. You.
My point is, you....are completely different than me.
I will say nothing else.
I'm very furious right now, but I'm not going to say anything but that I pity your pathetic thought of music so very deeply right now.

All I said was that I don't like (c)rap. I am entitled to think this.

It's not that, not just that. Your whole idea of music is...I don't think I can explain at this moment.

I'm losing track of where this is going, so I'm just going to stop posting in this thread.

I just think you are one of those stubborn people, who won't even think about the good stuff there is in something just because they only see the bad stuff.
Artists like 2pac are (or were) real artists. His lyrics were amazing. Eminem is pretty good too, and I agree with BlackCoven. He's better than any rapper out there for now.

That's what it was...he's close-minded.

Yeah, I just didn't want to say close-minded. The last time I did, I got called a "blood-sucking parasite". I didn't know that was such a big offense.

I don't mind being called close minded. If something sounds good to me, I'll listen to it. That's just the way it works with me. And I have yet to hear a rap song that sounds good to me.

Even if that song held a very deep message, you'd continue to say it would suck?
You depress me...

In short yes. If someone wants to make a song with deep meaning, they should try to make it decent. That's another problem I have with rap. The main message in it make crack and prostitutes seem appealing.

The only thing that I hate about rap is the fact that they just rip off some classic song, mix it a bit and add a beat to rap over it. The creation of a good rap song takes half the work as anything else. The fact that no one has a problem with that fact does irritate me, but I like to listen to it from time to time. I used to be a huge fan, but it got menotinous after a while.... Its like a genre that you would think would have died out by now but didn't..

Because the general public will take in anything they are forced to have. and "monotonous" My humble appologies dear Ms. But I have to say, this new pop crap is driving me insane. Take american Idol for instance, what a bunch of worthless bastards. The fact that anyone calls them musicians is a laugh. They don't write their own songs or play any instruments yet they are rich. What is this world coming to.....?
