Is it me or does anyone else think that the whole kagome inuyasha love thing is a little weird I mean shes like 14 or 15 and in his time he has to be atleast 70 and if you add the years from his time to kagomes he is well over 600 so does that make Inuyasha a petifile? or does that mean kagome is attracked to older men

thats like saying a vampire dating someone is wrong i dont think it is. heck here in the USA back when George washington was around tjhey had wives that were sometimes 13 and up now you tell me thats not wrong.
and inyuasha is over 600 yrs older than kagome but in his time hes only about 40 maybe even tough he dont look it. and kagome is only illegal in her age in the USA. you can have sex in japan at 12 ive seen that some where.

Actually.. the 50 years that Inuyasha was pinned to the tree dont count. Minus those years and he should only be about 17 or 18.

So what are you suggesting-that he should only be allowed to go out with people Kaede's age, even though his mind, body, and emotions are still those of a teenager?
On the other hand, it would make it acceptable for him to hook up with Kikyou, who's about ten years older then Kaede.

yeah these US laws are messed up and i mean really messed up. you cant drink until your 21 but you can go to canada and get some ale at 18. and i read somewhere if i can ever find it again that the legal age for sex in japan was like 13 or something. i had to read it 2-3 times and i still dont kinda belive it. and with kagomes world not knowing anything it really dont matter but whos gonna belive hes to old anyway and that hes a demon of great power.

Theirs good reason for those laws. For the drinking law, around Vietnam when all those 18 year olds were dieing for their country they were getting pissed because their old enough to die but not old enough to drink, so the gov. changed the age to 18 and like 3 years after their was a record number of drunk drive crashes and killings so they changed it back to 21. For the Sex one its simple they don’t want teens getting pregnant because that usually means welfare or a foster home and the gov. frankly doesn’t like funding anything that doesn’t really benefit them also when kids have sex their is more of a chance of STDs |
