I saw on the news a while ago that people mention that schools are now getting out of hand in America. I read that many people blame the teenagers and kids. But to me its both, childern and adults. They also were trying to find a way on saving the schools from dying out and turning into a hell hole. I think we can make more schools and limit the amount of childern in one school. I mean in one of me class , I have 62 childern. How can we learn like that. Its harder for the one teacher to help every child in a huge class room. Now tell me how you think we can help our schools in America

Pay teachers better. They directly affect children. More teachers for better pay...

well i agree with FluffyJuney about pay. I think that high schools should have better restrictions for graduating. High schools should be teachings should resemble College way of teaching so the students have a better chance of graduating for college and better help the economy.

Get teachers that the kids can relate with. I've had a mad time through secondary school, full of conflict with teachers because we just don't get along.

Kids of the next generation are unpredictable in likings. And that would be restricting certain people from becoming teachers, wouldn't it?

You got the nail there Fluffy. Its a lose-lose situation. You can't win. Some kids are made for school. Some aren't. Not much you can do about that.

Well, I am the king when it comes to not getting along with highschool teachers but when I look back on it, I appreciate what they did because I realized how much of a jerk I was most of the time. Teachers do need better pay, they don't make crap considering what they have to go through to get there and what they put up with on a daily basis. My method to solve the trouble problem in school is.................... Selective Breeding

Hell, There is nothing wrong with the schools. Whats wrong is the teachers, I mean man, it's their job to teach the kids, not make freinds or enemies with them. A lot of teachers are stupid, they have thier teaching books, and they know of the stuff they teach, but something is missing there, maybe its life experience. The teachers went to school, went to college, and now they are back in school teaching kids what they only learned in books and never put to use, or worked with. And the kids these days, it's not their fault, but c'mon, you guys know what I mean. The music and c*ckyness, copying all the "badass" they see on T.V.
So its the in experienced, teaching the dim-witted, something is bound to go wrong.
But this is an outside oppinion, since my school is rich, and lovely. The kids are kids, and the teachers are teachers, and believe me, I have had problems with them! ;D

Yeah, in elementary i was different then that group, but alike in many ways. I was probably the most Naive kid at that age for I was always in my own world and oblivious to everything around me. I was in trouble more then anyone, heck I probably spent more time in the hallway or the principles office then anywhere but I wasn't the one that took the "bad" to the next level. I got a pretty good story, there was 2 kids in my class that were severely mental to the point where they chased the teacher with scissors, light cherry bombs off all the time, and start fires until one finally got expelled. I became friends with the other shortly after and I was talking to him one time and he told me that during that time, there was only one person he didn't mess with, and that was me. As it turned out, they thought I was the crazy one. That gave me a laugh anyway. Back to the teachers, say what you want, a certain teacher changed my life freshman year, from then on, I finished school with good grades and ended up going to college and graduating. If she wasn't there, I probably would have been a waste of space.
