NOT REALLY!
Actually, I need help in Algebra 1. My parents are too old to remember any of it, my sister works the whole day and has a baby to take care of, my other sister is off working/smoking pot/drinking, and my math teacher only stays after school for 40 minutes...
Okay. I never believed I was ever going to need homework help, and I hate....HATE...asking for help on anything. Argh. Let's go.
Systems of Equations. Er. Wait. Graphing systems of equations.
y = 2x - 6. How in the hell do I graph that line? (One step at a time, Juney, one step at a time...)

(One step at a time, Juney, one step at a time...) aren't you supposed to give a value to x or y and then find the value of the other one and then unite the results on the graph with a line? man, i did this in the 4-th grade...it's been...HOLY SH*T!!!, it's been 10 years!!!

Its been a while, but basically you pick a couple numbers, say 2, 4 and 6. Add each one of them into the equation as x (a number that will represent the x axis), at seperate times, then solve. The numbers you come up with will be put along the y axis, connect the three into a straight line and you got your graph. ex. ( look at the graph above)
I'll put 3 into the y=2x-6
y= (2)(3)-6 y=6-6 y= 0
now notice on the graph how the 3 along the x axis is at 0 on the y.
HA I still got it, math was always easy.

i'm gonna pretend i never heard that... really, when I coudnt understand it, I just kept asking the teacher and wouldnt leave class untill I got it. It's not that hard, it just takes a lot of common sence. Plus it's the only class where it seems possible to get 100 % in, I usally come close, and Im a 65 % average student.

I've always found maths pretty easy. All you have to do is memorise stuff, you don't really have to think. I've never seen this kind of equation before though, I think we're doing it next year.
