Does anyone like this band. For anyone who hasn't heard them, they're like an indie/chillout combo. I like their etereal sound. It's good to listen to something soft for a change, rather than non-stop heavy metal.

Its ethereal, not etereal.
One question, is the singer actually gay or just pretending?

Granted, he has a good voice. Not my choice for mellow tunes but he has got a good voice.

Apart from "Nancy Boy." I didn't like the way he sounded in that song. He sounds fantastic in "Sleeping With Ghosts" though.

Not songs that I have heard then. There are a few times when his nasal quality irritates though.

True, that's what's wrong with Nancy Boy. Nasal tones are the reason I hate Blink 182. It also marrs some of Lostprophets' earlier stuff as well...

Blink 182, Lost Prophets, Sum 41, Greenday... All those Pop-Rock bands suffer from it.

Not so sure about Green Day. Simple Plan is another one.

Never even heard of Simple Plan.
No, Greenday lose to that as well. A band that truly sucks, them.

Back to Placebo before this gets nasty. Sleeping with Ghosts is their best song.

You referred to Green Day as a bad band. I disagree with this statement, but I wish to avoid this topic, as I have experience with our past arguments. This is neither the time nor the place.

You like Greenday? I didn't think even you would go that low.

*sigh* See what I mean? No, I don't like Green Day as such, but I don't hate them either.
