I really worry about your quality of hearing.

It's good enough to recognise a bad band when I hear one.

But you still like Linkin Park and Lost Prophets? Weird, 'cos that doesn't fit.

No, different tastes would be like you liking Metallica. You liking Linkin Park is like eating puke over fish n chips.

You don't like Metallica!? It gets worse and worse.

Metallica ain't for me. The odd song but their recent stuff... Oh no. And when they credited Linkin Park at the Kerrang Awards... That was bad.
I don't know where you are pulling Country Western from, if anything it is Irish/Celtic Folk.

Because that's what it sounds like, in a twisted, demented way. There is no rhyme nor reason to their sound. It's just three minutes of noise and then it's all over.

You want, noise, check F-Minus. I reckon you need new speakers. They have melody aplenty, listen to Fields Of Athenry or As One. As One would be perfect for a Majin Vegeta music vid...

No, what would be perfect for a Majin Vegeta vid is "My Last Breath" by Evanescence. It almost had me in tears first time I litened to it, it's that emotional.

And you like Evanescence? You need medical help.

My dear, dear boy. Music is an art expressing true sadness, true happiness, the whole spectrum of emotion within humanity. It IS humanity. Without it, I doubt most of us could go by. Simple chords and simple words do not fully express the art that is human.
And that would be why I like classical music....it has an everchanging, full sound. Much like a human. A human is never the same, because that would NOT be human. Constant growth and rebirth. Nothing lasting; and yet everlasting and endless.

That is everything Evanescence is and the Dropkick Murphys are not.
