As long as George Bush is in the White House, unhappily.

That has no relavence to what we are talking about, how can you claim to see such emotion in Evanesence and not in Murphys? Murphys, a band that formed out of their passion for what they believe in, not for the money.

And what do they believe in? Sorry, most of the lyrics are unintelligible. You don't need meaning to be emotional. And having meaning doesn't necessarily make you emotional.

This must be a maturity thing, how else could one be so naive... I really do despair sometimes.

Actually...Evanescense are nothing near great...they're lirycs are really bland...like they are all about stuff that young teenagers can easily understand or maybe just make them think every song has to do with them.
Also, the guitars and stuff seem to be like all the same crunches through the whole song...boring.
And Linkin Park, I find 'em even worse...
I find the Dropkick Murphys to be a real artistic band...creative...energetic...loud...and sometimes even emotional (something you don't see in all punk bands).
Well, anyways...I guess it would be a waste of time to make you listen to Flogging Molly...you'd probably be scared as hell to see a punk band with violin, mandolin, and accordion.
I guess that you are trully absorbed by the mainstream kind of music, stuff that is easy to get into. Ever wonder why bands like the Dropkick Murphys, or Floggin Molly, sell albums without even being played in American radio or MTV....it's because of their concerts...just like Metallica sold millions of albums in the '80s without any songs being played on the radio.
Now, if an artist becomes so popular just because of their concerts, it has to be because their music is good, not because they have an image that attracts most common people.

Well if this is immaturity, I dread growing up.

Yeah. And the best thing about it is the only version you can get is the Live version. True fact. You will only find it on Live On St. Patrick's Day album or On The Road With The Dropkick Murphys DVD. Which I have. ;D Great DVD.

I haven't got the Live On St. Patrick's Day CD... I've gone one better. I have the Live On St. Patrick's Day DVD! Yeah, the whole live show... Trust, its a great DVD. Its called 'On The Road With Dropkick Murphys' or something like that. It has the live show as I have already mentioned, then two other hour long features on the Dropkicks as well as several music vids and a documentary.
