ok...I did this in like 8 minutes showing my sister how to make a sig...(she's got a bad teacher ) It's lacking a lot of stuff I think...didn't do much to it...kinda bland IMO...what do you think...what could be changed?

Exactly eight minutes? You are already turning into a chase/gt. They used to always say, "this took like 5 minutes" to escape the chance of someone flaming their sig. Be proud of your advancement so far. As far as a constructive opinion, you stock is too small to have that much wide open nothingness. Have a larger stock or better background design Keep up the good work

haha...I just said that coz well, I didn't even use more than one pic for this.... I did it trying to explain my sis how to do one...and she wanted Spongebob in it and I only had but one pic of him on my PC... yeah...there's a lot of open space...as I said...I did this just before running to work and Im so dumb that I saved this as a JPEG image and not as layers...but now that I see it, I think I could do more to it...is there a way to turn it back into layers? And what do you think I could do to the background...like, what would you do?

yes...I guess I'll have to do that if I want to change anything on it.... except, that I'm not sure if I remember what I did to it And how do I install brushes after I download them?

You already have brushes, but if you find some more unique brushes, save the file and move into your brush folder which is in the photoshop folder somewhere. Make sure the extension is the same as the ones in there already though.
