What if they didnt go by the anime. I mean they would follow the same story line but they will make a new movie. wont make sense but it would be cool , no bad guy , new fights , new things to learn you know you want it!!

Yeah, they should stay with the established story. It really wouldn't make sense to not follow the anime/manga. And no bad guy makes the whole movie pretty much pointless....so I don't really understand what you're asking....

I really don't understand what you're saying Hieislove...you're saying "don't go by the anime" and also saying "follow the same story line". I just want to know what you mean by not going by the anime.

^ I think she's talking about Fox adding new sagas to the DB/Z story in the form of live action movies. I'm not 100% sure though. I guess an example would be after the end of the Cell Games there's an entire saga that takes place in a live movie then the Great Saiyaman saga. If that is the case though I say nah. I would'nt like it. If they decide to somehow make a live action TV series that fills in the anime gaps though I'm all for it. ;d Of course the budget for most of the episodes with fighting in them would be huge.

I think it's a good idea. The movie would also appeal to people not familiar with the DBZ saga.
I personally think they should mix and trix a bit with the story so that it doesn't become so god d*mn confusing and *cough*bad*cough*
I mean, they tried to make all the sagas fit together with the story in DBZ and it seems like they did it on the way while making the episodes.
I want this movie to be good. I want everybody to like it. I want this movie now!

i think that they will change stuff because not everything will be the same and story will be made shorter and diffrent but they will have to put one saga in to one movie so you know that they will change stuff. but they main thing is that they will keep stuff like gohan is the one that killed cell and goku was the first one to fight but they cant do everthing exacly because movie would be 12 or more Hr.

I don't want it to be exactly like the anime, because than it would be just a little silly, and none of the people who never watched DBZ would gethe silliness. But, I think that they should stick with the sagas, and the story line. Changing the story around would almost be like Peter Jackson changing up the LOTR trilogy because the audience would like it better...

Hehe your comparing DBZ to LOTR.
LOTR didn't or doesn't need a change because it's already good as it is. Tolkien made the whole thing seem real in a unreal way :-)

yeah, basically, Tolkien obviously didn't leave any plotholes...LOTR is obviously better writing than DBZ, coz the DBZ series is supposed to appeal more for it's action and drama than for it's story.
And about what LittleSyxx said...I kinda wouldn't like it...that would be like a spin-off...I see that like only good for fans.
