Sorry for the n00bish question but what are they really? I heard Sport games are for casuals. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm thinking Casuals are people who are not interested in RPGs or something like that

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm thinking Casuals are people who are not interested in RPGs or something like that You are on the right track, but not exactly right. A casual gamer is one that only plays "every now and then" and that doesn't really get "into" games. And I do believe that a true casual gamer could "NEVER" get "into" an RPG game, because they just wouldn't understand it for what it really is...they just think RPGs are boring because it isn't a Racing, First person shooter, or a sports game....these are "Casual" games.

Nice explanation Neo Vegeta... I tend to think people that buy EA games are "casuals"... ;D Thanks. And I tend to agree...after seeing what EA does to their programmers, I have boycotted their games. Their work hours vs pay= near slavery....= below average games.

That's so true. There are a handful of games that are worth buying from EA, not including their sports games.
