Personally, i think there's room for handhelds from Sony and Nintendo in the market. PSP and DS are very different handhelds aimed at different markets. I can see DS selling better due to its low price and aimed at the younger population. PSP on the other hand is a serious expensive piece of kit, aimed at the more mature market, and not specifically a games handheld. Its a handheld entertainment gadget. At the moment Nintendo is doing everything right with the DS, they are actually spending good money on marketing the handheld and makink everyone aware its around. Sony on the other hand are more concerved. They are waiting to see how the price tag is recieved and not really spending alot to market the product. Now either Sony have underestimated DS or they are waiting until a more profitable season to lower the price and go all out marketing the product. Then again, a can see Nintendo making a big mistake by releasing GBA2 too early. If they release GBA2 within the next year or so, they will basically either kill DS or loose out with GBA2.

Well, they have to compete with Sony. But they should have rethought the launch titles and some of the design aspects.

yea, maybe. i for one liked mario ds. it's like it's not even the same game anynore since there's so many new twists! but they could've came out with maybe another platformer, or a new SSB game, or have metriod come out earlier. that would've been real good
