Well, that depends on the viewer's vision of course...depend on what you tend to pay more attention to and what gets you more interested in each series...

I will say, the Dragonball series. Dragonball Z is probably one of m favorite shows still! Even after watching Rorouni Kenshin, Full Metal Alchemist, Ghost in the Shell, Naruto, Hellsing, Yu Yu Hakusho, Trigun, Cowboy Beebop, Witch Hunter Robin, Wolfs Rain, ect..ect..
Dragonball Z is one of the only shows- and I do mean ONLY shows- that even if the oldest of old episodes are on, I will still watch it, happy as ever. Some of the shows that I love have episodes that I can watch again, in enjoyment, but DBZ- I can watch any of those episodes.
It has it's silly moments to it's down right drama filled moments. That is why I like the show- it is full of so many things.
I think one of the most insightful moments into the show was when Vegeta let himself get controlled, just so he could gain power to be able to fight Goku in the fullest. During his fight he talked about how comfortable he felt around Bulma and Trunks, and how he was now thinking of Earth as his home. He hated the feeling. And in telling Goku how glad he was to be rid of this "love" Goku called him a liar, and told him up.
I love this show. I get goosebumps whenever I see it for some reason. Now, because I haven't seen it in so long (friggin GT) I will be even more excited to see it!!! ;D
