Bach, Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Symphonic Led Zeppelin , Liszt, other classical composers that aren't coming to mind..Vivaldi! Ravi Shankar I'll add Chopin, Beethoven, Schubert, and Paganini to that... Those are all that come to mind at the moment... And cool, you know about Ravi Shankar.. Sitar music rocks. Hmm...: Radiohead (one of the best of the 90's) Sonic Youth (artistic noise? or just good music?, if you've never experienced a Sonic Youth album you need to - "Dirty" is good for beginners) Jimi Hendrix Experience (listen to the "Are You Experienced" album) I'll have to work on my real list some more.

Except that I did bring The Filaments, The Levellers, Aphex Twin and Dropkick Murphys to this board but anywho...
Kiss Me, I'm Sh*tfaced is one of Dropkick Murphys' worst songs. No, check Fighting 69th or Upstarts And Broken Hearts for class.

I think we should suggest music that isn't very known...I mean...I wouldn't see a point at suggesting Metallica when most people know about them... Of course...I'm trying now to promote Flogging Molly...their stuff isn't very known yet...they're just like coming out their shell... what songs? Black Friday Rule is my favorite...it's their longest song (almost 7 minutes), and it's very deep. what really got me is the 2 minute violin solo at the end...beautiful... Something more "punk" sounding could be Seven Deadly Sins, To Youth, or Queen Anne's Revenge...the last one is one of my favorites...bassist Nathan Maxwell takes the place of Dave King as lead vocalist for this song...which is cool. Dave King is like twice the age of Nathan...you don't see that in many bands... Actually, there's so many great songs from them I can't list them all. Some of them are: Life in Tenement Square Tobacco Island, The Likes of You Selfish Man Drunken Lullabies Laura Salty Dog Another Bag of Bricks Light of a Fading Star Every Dog Has its Day The KilBurn High Road Cruel Mistress Devil's Dance Floor May the Living be Dead in our Wake... Hell...listen to all their songs.... From Dropkick Murphys...yes...Kiss me I'm Sh*tfaced seemed just like a fill up song...songs I recommend are Alcohol, Fields of Athenry, Rocky Road to Dublin, and one of my new favorites: The Workers' Song (I think that's the name)...

Worker's Song is amazing. Blackout is a truly great album. And yes, Kiss Me I'm Sh*tfaced is just a comedy song tacked on the end. Walk Away is great as well. Blackout itself is a very hyper song, love that one. I have the Fields Of Athenry shirt 'cos I love that song. Really powerful, especially the final verse. As One is such an emotionally charged song. And B*stards On Parade has an amazing mandolin solo.

Never did I say no-one else liked them. But I was the one who brought them up.
Its nothing to me if you like it, doesn't bother me. I weren't even talking to you when I said it. I was talking to the masses, the people here who haven't heard Dropkicks before. I am suggesting good Dropkick's songs that they should hear.
Dirty Glass is the other song for which I possess the shirt. And Do Or Die is an excellent song when put in it's combo.
